Under most circumstances, this wouldn't found a joke, merely the fact that information technology is Little finger Pie, coupled with the fact that information technology shows she's taking part in the parade, somehow makes it funny.
  • Her bladder being a giant cabbage certainly helps. In terms of vegetables, those things are inherently hilarious.
